CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE ‘CLINKING GLASSES WITH MANHATTAN LIBERALS’

Ever since the buzz — and fundraising — surrounding Congressman Joe Wilson’s “you lie” outburst ground to halt, his Democrat challenger has all but disappeared.

Rob Miller had used Wilson’s nationally-televised shout out at President Barack Obama to raise more than $1 million in 48 hours. But Miller has since dropped off the radar.

So the South Carolina Republican Party went looking for him. And, well, they found him… “clinking glasses with New York City liberals.”

On Tuesday night, Miller was the guest of honor at a fundraiser hosted by the Manhattan Young Democrats. The soiree was held at “the swanky club Cieolo.”

SC GOP Executive Director Ryan Meerstein said the event shows that Miller’s ideals don’t represent voters in the Palmetto state.

“Clearly, Rob Miller knows that he will not find a receptive audience to his left-wing views in South Carolina, so it is only natural that he would choose to cavort with New York City liberals instead,” said Meerstein. “The mystery of where Mr. Miller has been hiding has been solved, and it will be no mystery why voters in the 2nd district will reject him once again next November.”

Miller ran against Wilson in 2008 and lost by more than seven points.

Electing democrats is the answer to a question no one asked. Just look at the White House and Congress.

I like Rob Miller even if he is clinking glasses in NY.
At least he hasn’t yelled at a sitting President, accusing him of lying ( even if he is)
