NEW MEXICO PLAYER GETS VIOLENT WITH UNSUSPECTING OPPONENTS
Like most men in America, I’ve never really been a fan of women’s college soccer. I don’t mind the men’s version of the game, but that’s where I draw the line.
It appears, however, that the genius promoters at the NCAA have found a way to entice men like myself to watch women’s soccer… by adding Mixed Martial Arts.
The first person to accurately employ this new tactic was the University of New Mexico’s Elizabeth Lambert during a game last week against Brigham Young University — a team that must have stolen her boyfriend or something.
Video of the match — which has since gone viral on YouTube — showed Lambert doing everything from punching opponents in the back to kicking them in the stomach to smacking them in the face. At one point, she even ripped a BYU player to ground by her ponytail.
For her actions, Lambert was only given a yellow card during the game.
Some people are calling Lambert the “dirtiest player” in women’s soccer, but I bet she has done more to promote the sport than anyone ever before. Expect maybe that time Brandi Chastain took off her shirt on the field after winning the 1999 World Cup.
Anyway, expect attendance for women’s soccer to be way, way up. Especially if Lambert is on the field.

dude i wouldnt ever hit a woman but put me in a room wid tht tuff one i promise i have her saying sorry to the other one
