FMR SC NEWSBABE MAKES ‘BIGGEST HEARTTHROB OF 2009′ LIST

Former WIS-TV newsbabe Angie Goff could soon be crowned the most attractive woman in our nation’s capital.

Goff, who left Columbia in 2007 to join powerhouse TV station WUSA-9, is one of four finalists in the “Biggest Heartthrob of 2009” poll on a popular Washington, DC news site.

And, unfortunately for the other three ladies, she’s absolutely cleaning house on the “Fishbowl DC” poll.

As of 1 p.m., Goff had 65 percent of the vote. Keep in mind, it’s a four-way race.

CNN’s Brianna Keilar is the next closest competition at 21 percent. Lara Logan of CBS and Amy Argetsinger of the Washington Post were third and fourth respectively with 10 percent and 4 percent of the vote.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t still vote for Goff. It’s as easy as clicking here and voting for her.

UPDATE: Angie has won the poll with 73 percent of the vote. That’s an absolute blowout. No word yet on whether or not she won any cool prizes.
