Fans Angry As Beyoncé’s Upcoming Renaissance World Tour Excludes Africa

American singer Beyonce has come under severe flak after she announced her imminent Renaissance world tour but somehow managed to exclude Africa from the list of places to visit to promote her latest album.

The songstress released “Renaissance” album to critical acclaim last year, and in the tradition of many musicians, she has decided to go on tour to promote the project. The tour is significant because it would be her first in seven years.

In a post on her verified Instagram page, the songstress shared a picture of herself in a flimsy outfit. In the caption to the post, she announced the “Renaissance” world tour. There was no clue where the tour would hold.

On her website, however, details of the imminent tour were given. The first leg of the tour will hold in may this year, in Stockholm, Sweden, while the last leg will hold on the 26th of the same month. Not a country in Africa made the list.
