DON’T CALL IT A COMEBACK, I’VE BEEN HERE FOR YEARS
As you noticed, The Palmetto Scoop had a little “technical difficulty” over the weekend which left the site more or less “down” for the past few days.
I won’t go into the boring details but let’s just say things are all better now.
Thankfully, nothing too important happened over the weekend — except that beef recall across South Carolina. Avoid meat from Snow Creek Meat Processing in Seneca with the number “EST. 20487″ and a sell by date of June 2.
Anyway, it’s back to business after the brief hiatus. Thanks for sticking around.

I figured you didn’t get out of jail Adam…. and I am refering to the top of the page, where it looks like you are raising money by ” going to jail”…..
so this is a joke OK>
I worked in the meat-processing biz a few years ago. To only recall 75 pounds of possibly contaminated meat is INSANE!!! They should’ve recalled a couple of thousand pounds….most likely an entire day’s worth of production. Anything less is unacceptable. I’m amazed that the USDA isn’t all over this one….
Glad you’re back. We wouldn’t want Sic to get too over-confident. Alice
