Spratt is safe. He does a good job for the people of the Rock Hill area. Local people are not nearly as concerned about the R and D behind people’s names as they are getting someone to actually REPRESENT them… not represent government back to them, like almost all of our R people do.

Spratt would have been stupid to give up his seniority in a Democratic controlled congrress, and I would not count him out for re-election. He has many supporters on both sides of the aisle.
