It's sort of like what Harry Truman said: "Give voters a choice between a Democrat and a Democrat, and a Democrat will win every time." Even Graham admits it: "Graham said that McCain and Obama are philosophically alike on budget reform, Social Security changes, earmark reform and immigration.
