However you can's see everyone from the clip, so it could be larger. I assume there were 30 participants. By my count we can only see 28. If the other two voted for Biden, he would have won by a 13.34% margin. While I suppose one can debate the definition of significant, and while this was not a scientific poll by any measure, it happens to match up very well with the Rassmusen poll, which polled a much larger group, is scientific, and found an 8% margin for Biden in its poll on who won the debate.
