SOME PEOPLE WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET ELECTED
The campaign of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama inexplicably opened a South Carolina headquarters in Columbia Saturday despite being down nearly two dozen points in the state.
Numerous experts agree the move is pointless and the only reasonable explanation I can think of is that he plans to use the office to debut his new look, which can be seen in the above photo leaked exclusively to The Palmetto Scoop by a state Democratic insider.
The source said the Obama makeover is intended to make him look more like Republican rock-star Sarah Palin, as evidenced by the long-haired wig and women’s glasses identical to those immortalized by the Alaska governor. Palin created a national frenzy that nearly deflated Obama’s campaign when she was announced as presidential nominee John McCain’s running mate less than a month ago.
Oddly though, this move came only four days after Obama’s wife Michelle told a crowd in Charlotte to vote based on issues, not because, “I like that guy” or, “she’s cute.”
Is this another case of the Obamas saying one thing and doing another? We’ll see. Either way though, South Carolina may once again be ground zero for the controversy.

how disgusting..i guess Lindsey Graham and his “PAL” McCain had nothing better to do, oh yeah, maybe they could stop attacking people and oh I don’t know, do something about the economic crisis or better yet the failing health care, the lost of jobs…Think it’s soooo funny now Phyllis?
