BIDEN: CLINTON WOULD MAKE BETTER VP THAN ME

It seems like every time Democratic vice presidential nominee Joe Biden opens his mouth, he says something absolutely stupid.

Unlike his running mate Barack Obama, who is better choreographed and thus makes only occasional screw ups, Biden can’t give a speech without offending someone, making a racist or sexist remark, or just generally destroying his campaign’s credibility.

So, keeping with his “barrel full of gaffes” message, Biden this week told supporters in New Hampshire that, “Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America.”

I’m not sure if Clinton is “more qualified,” but she certainly would have been a better choice. Of course, I guess Biden is more of an expert on his own credentials, so I’ll take his word for it.

Either way, I get the feeling the Obama campaign is starting to agree with Biden; a feeling that will likely deepen over the next eight weeks.

You’re right, he should take a page from the GOP play book and just lie.

And you are a bit late on this too. How come you aren’t talking about pigs and lipstick? You must have missed the GOP memo.

At least Joe Biden has some sense.
