Herndon ran against vouchers to steal the nomination from Sheri Few but he is far from moderate. Plus the district is trending in Gunn's favor. I would be shocked if its even close. Herndon doesn't have a clue about what he's up against. I have met both of them and Gunn is by far the better candidate. Gunn doesn't need any help from Obama in this race.
