LINSDEY, BOBBY, MAMA SANFORD SHOW UP ‘EMBRACED’ BY DEM

A new over-the-top ad attacking Republican presidential nominee John McCain for being — of all things — a celebrity, features an impromptu cameo from a trio of South Carolina politicos.

At the 18 second mark of Democrat Barack Obama’s “Embrace” spot, a response to McCain’s own “Celebrity” ad running nationally, a trio of South Carolinians can be seen parading through a door with the Arizona Senator.

The footage is from McCain’s Columbia visit in May and features three seconds of Sen. Lindsey Graham, House Speaker Bobby Harrell and First Lady Jenny Sanford. So congratulations to those three — they can now add being in a presidential Democrat attack ad to their resume.

The only logical explanation for this is that it was done by the queen of the South Carolina blogosphere, current Obama staffer Laurin Manning.
