NC DEM VICE CHAIRS RAISE BAR FOR BELTRAM VIA CULT CRIMES

Spartanburg County Party Chair Rick Beltram’s quest to garner as much attention as possible through ridiculous antics has just gotten a bit harder after the vice-chair of the North Carolina Young Democrats and the third vice-chair of the Durham County Democratic Party were charged with kidnapping, rape and assault involving a satanic cult.

Oh those silly Democrats and their crazy cult worshiping.

Joy Johnson and Joseph Craig appeared at a bond hearing Monday. A judge set Craig’s bond at $590,000, but refused a prosecution request to increase Johnson’s bond from $270,000 to $500,000.

Prosecutors said a man and a woman met Craig through a shared interest in Satan worship, but the pair never consented to physical abuse.

Craig shackled his victims to beds, kept them in dog cages and starved them inside his Albany Street home, prosecutors said. He was charged with beating the man with a cane and a cord and with raping the woman. [WRAL - TV]

This story has many in South Carolina wondering how Beltram will one-up the folks from the other Carolina.

“That guy’s nuts, he’ll do anything for attention,” said Adam Fogle of The Palmetto Scoop. “I can’t wait to see what he does when he hears about this.”

Sources close to Beltram confirm that he is putting a poll in the field using county party funds and money earned from his on the side, under the table consulting business to determine how to respond.

    Adam:
Very funny……we will have to think hard on this one!
Our TEAM will go to work at once to try to top it……but in a very legal and good spirited fashion!
We are very warm and fuzzy in Spartanburg. We certainly do not want to dist0urb the thin-skinned and sensitive ones in our PARTY!
Thank you for the spelling the name correctly.

    Rick Beltram
