Henry tanked the SCGOP, left it in debt, allowed Jim Hodges to be elected Governor, pretty much told Fritz he could stay there as long as he wanted, and has let a rapist go free because he played politics with a high profile court case and got his tail handed to him. Barrett is a textbook conservative and, unlike Ole Hank, doesn't let politics get in the way of doing his job. McMaster would get crushed by Barrett.
