I have to say, it took me 3 tries to register my vote yesterday. The first try went to the candidate beside, the next went to the candidate above. It gives you the chance to confirm, but still that’s not a big confidence booster.

Sounds like MSM is starting out early to de-ligitimize anyone’s win; unless it’s their darling Shrillary.

I do have to agree with Bill A, if there is no paper trail, how will we ever know? Stirs up a whole new hornet’s nest of controversy to come.

Ohio has not banned these machines. Ohio’s Secretary of State has recommended replacing them but they are still legal in Ohio.

How anyone could be confident trusting their vote to a machine that produces no physical backup is beyond my comprehension.

There don’t seem to be any benefits to using machines vs. paper ballots in primaries where no precinct is going to need to count more than a few thousand votes. I don’t think the loss of verifiability is worth it.
