The third presidential endorsement from a prominent South Carolina blogger came Sunday when Voting Under the Influence announced that it was backing Republican Mike Huckabee’s White House ambitions. The Palmetto Scoop was the first to endorse Sen. John McCain two weeks ago and Earl Capps announced his support for Rudy Giuliani a few days later.
That means we’re all still anticipating possible coveted “blogdorsements” from FITSNews and SCHotline. I don’t know about you, but the excitement is almost unbearable.

I Like Huck, but he was a very ethically challenged public official. He LOOOOOOOOVVVVEEEEDD fre gifts while he was Governor. Lots of people like gifts mind you. But the endorsement says he is above all that. Like I said, I like the guy, buts lets not get carried away and proclaim him to be different in that regard when the record clearly says otherwise. When he was leaving office he signed up on bridal registries to get stuff. Got lots of clothes too.
I’ve thought about making an endorsement on my blog, but decided not to because I’m unsure of how independent or nonpartisan my blog should be. For you guys who have endorsed, do you believe it makes you less credible when blogging about the other candidates?
