Putting an end to rumors that he would be fired by the winner of Friday’s state treasurer election, Budget and Control Board Executive Director Henry White has reportedly quit. The State’s S.C. Politics Today has now confirmed that “his last day on the job will be August 13.”

1.Mr White, the black guy, is the first to go.
