The world’s ugliest dog, a 2-year-old Chinese Crested and Chihuahua mix – which obviously didn’t “blend” too well – named Elwood, was crowned yesterday at the annual ugly dog contest at the Marin-Sonoma County (Calif.) Fair. The dog hails from New Jersey, so it’s not surprising that its owners are proud of their repulsive little beast. People from New Jersey are wicked insane.
