Richard Davis, the founder of the Charleston-based house “flipping” company “Trademark Properties” and star of A&E’s Flip This House and TLC’s The Real Deal, announced yesterday that he will be speaking at the Gaillard Auditorium in Charleston on July 27. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased from the company’s website.

Trademark Properties is beginning a national rollout, and this presentation promises to also include information on how you can become part of the Trademark Team.
